IsDB Scholarship 2025 For International Students:

Since 1983, the Saudi Arabian Islamic Development Bank has operated in non-participating nations to promote innovation and knowledge exchange between participating nations and the Muslim community. The Full Tuition Islamic Development Bank’s scholarship programme seeks to assemble the necessary skills and draw in eligible male and female students. Financial Benefits:

Scholarship from the Islamic Development Bank will pay for:

  • Living and book expenses each month that are equal to the average price of necessities in the country of study
  • The entire cost of attendance must be paid in cash to the college.

Eligibility Criteria:

The following criteria must be met in order for a candidate to be eligible for an Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) scholarship:

  • Language Required: English
  • Members of the IsDB are eligible countries.

For Undergraduate Programme, Check Out This List:

  • The qualifying candidates must have earned good grades in their major courses during their senior secondary education, or the equivalent of about 12 years of schooling.
  • Being ineligible for any other scholarship; being in good health and agreeing to participate in medical testing following selection.

Regarding the Master’s Programme:

  • Possess a minimal academic status of “Very Good”; ideally, you have employment and/or research experience.
  • Prepare a research proposal in one of the program’s areas of study that highlights the study’s scientific and developmental significance for the nation or community.
  • Be in good health and willing to participate in any necessary testing following selection.

For a doctoral study:

  • Possess a master’s degree in one of the program’s areas of study.
  • Possess a minimal academic status of “Very Good”; ideally, you have employment and/or research experience.
  • Prepare a research proposal in one of the program’s areas of study that highlights the study’s scientific and developmental significance for the nation or community.
  • Be in good health and willing to participate in any necessary testing following selection.

Regarding Post-Doctoral Studies:

  • Possess a PhD in a field that the programme has approved.
  • Own a minimally “Very Good” scholastic standing.
  • Possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in the research sector.
  • Must possess a track record of studies and publications in the same discipline.
  • Prepare a research proposal in one of the program’s areas of study that highlights the study’s scientific and developmental significance for the nation or community.
  • Be in good health and willing to participate in any necessary testing following selection.

Regarding Training in Vocational Education (VET):

  • Individuals belonging to any of the 21 LDMCs of the IsDB.
  • Finished high school with at least a few solid marks in their key courses; Not receiving any other scholarships; and
  • Being in good health and prepared to participate in examinations following selection.

Requirements:

  • Be in good health and willing to participate in any necessary testing following selection.
  • Declare their commitment to their studies and to serving their communities and nations after graduation by signing the scholarship agreement mandated by the IsDB;
  • Commit themselves fully and uninterruptedly to their studies, and they must regularly submit progress reports to the IsDB on their work;
  • Not to look for or take other scholarships or paid employment while enrolled in the programme;
  • Observe the laws of the study nation and behave honourably both personally and professionally in accordance with the program’s guidelines and goals as well as the IsDB’s overarching mission;
  • After graduating, join the IsDB Alumni to network with fellow alumni and to inform the organisation of their accomplishments and progress in their home nations.
