A unique partnership governs the Rideau Hall Foundation, Community Foundations of Canada, Universities Canada, and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarships (QES). This programme has received funding from the business community, provincial governments, and the federal government of Canada. The QES programme involves a lively community of young global leaders in cross-cultural exchanges that include international education, discovery and inquiry, and professional experiences to have a lasting impact both at home and abroad.

Eligibility: Candidates must meet the University of Calgary language requirements, be 35 years of age or under at time of application, and be a citizen of a partner country, under the QES program. Canadian citizens and/or Permanent Residents are not eligible.
