- Australia: Must be a citizen or lawful permanent resident of Australia.
- US: You have to be a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the US.
Field of Study:
- Study or research must fall within one of the approved fields.
Educational Requirements:
- At the time of application, a documented letter of offer from an accredited program, course, or institution is required.
- Programs for education must involve at least a year of full-time study.
Note: Dual citizenship is not accepted.
