Undergraduate Scholarships
- The H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Scholarship: This covers partial or full tuition for the first academic year and is renewable until graduation if eligibility conditions are met.
- The Gebran Tueni Media Scholarship: This covers tuition, dorms, and visa charges for one academic year.
- The Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Communication award: This award provides a tuition waiver for one academic year until graduation.
- The William Jefferson Clinton award at AUD: This award includes a full tuition waiver for one semester (Fall or Spring) as well as shared-room housing on campus at The American University in Dubai.
- The ICT Funds Scholarship for Undergraduate Admissions: This grants a full tuition waiver for one academic year (2 semesters) till graduation, as well as a monthly allowance.
- The Dubai Electricity And Water Authority (DEWA) Intilaq Scholarship: This scholarship includes a full tuition waiver, a monthly allowance of AED 6,500 for the duration of the programme, medical insurance for the duration of the programme, and additional rewards of AED 1,500 during the student’s 6-week summer work placement.

Masters Scholarships

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for this scholarship, the candidate must meet all of the standards listed below:
Undergraduate Scholarships
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Scholarship:
- High school applicants should have at least a 90% grade point average. Financial need, as proven by insufficient funds for educational expenditures, will also be considered.

The Gebran Tueni Media Scholarship:
- Applicants should be of Lebanese nationality with strong academic averages in high school.
- Submit a portfolio containing artwork, articles, other audiovisual work, or other creative work done by the applicant.
- Attend a qualifying interview led by a member of the MBRSC Admissions Committee.
ICT Funds Scholarship for Undergraduate Admissions:
- The scholarship is solely available to UAE nationals.
- New students must apply to AUD’s Computer and Electrical Engineering programmes.
- Candidates must have a satisfactory academic average in their secondary certificate or equivalent.

- Candidates must be no older than 24 years.
- The candidate must pass the requisite medical checks.
- No prior conviction for a crime of honour, honesty, or other illegal act.
The Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Communication Scholarship:
- A high school student must be an Arab national and apply to the Arabic track of the B.C.I.S. degree programme, specialising in Digital Production and Storytelling or Journalism. High school applicants should have at least a 90% grade point average (or equivalent).
- Submit a portfolio with artwork articles, other audiovisual work, or any creative work done by the applicant.
- Attend a qualifying interview led by a member of the MBRSC Scholarships Committee.
The William Jefferson Clinton Scholarship at AUD:
- Students who are US citizens.
- A student must be actively enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree programme at an authorised four-year institution or university in the United States.
- It is expected that applicants would have outstanding academic achievements.
Students who express a desire to learn about Middle Eastern and Islamic cultures for the first time will be given priority.
AUD Senior Scholarship:
- Requirements for graduation include “senior status” (completing all but 30-32 credit hours),
- a minimum CGPA of 3.5,
- no Conduct Code penalties.
The Dubai Electricity And Water Authority (DEWA) Intilaq Scholarship:
- The applicant should be a UAE national.
- The applicant’s High School certificate average must be at least 80%, with a GPA of no less than 2.5.
- The applicant must successfully complete the written tests and the personal interview.
- The applicant agrees to work for DEWA after completing their bachelor’s degree for the agreed-upon duration.
- Applicant must be medically fit.
- The applicant must be of excellent conduct.
Masters Requirements
The AUD School of Education Tuition Waiver:
- Applicants must be accepted to their selected programme.
- He should include documentation of their current work as a teacher, teacher assistant, or school administrator with their admissions application.
The AUD Alumni Tuition Waiver:
