The American Political Science Association (APSA) is currently accepting applications for its prestigious Public Scholarship Program 2024–2025. With this 12-month remote fellowship, doctoral candidates in political science have the unique chance to convert challenging research into broadly accessible information for the general public. The public’s understanding of political science will be enhanced by fellows’ practical work with prestigious publications, in-depth training sessions, and $2,000 stipend. Application Process:
- CV: Please include a maximum of two pages of your curriculum vitae (CV) that include your contact details, academic department, relevant work and volunteer experience, and academic accomplishments. In addition to scholarly writings, applicants who have published in popular media (such as The Duck of Minerva or The Monkey Cage) should submit these citations.
- Expression of Interest: Give a one-page, single-spaced expression of interest in an 11-point typeface.
- Writing Sample: If possible, please send three single-spaced pages in an 11-point font that demonstrate your command of political science for a public readership.It may be a 600-word summary of a recent study that was published in the American Political Science Review, or it could be an essay that has already been published. Academic writing samples are not permitted.
