Eligibility Criteria:
- Plan to travel to Japan to study abroad.
- Not be a citizen of Japan and be a national of a nation with diplomatic ties to Japan.
- Be born on or after April 2, 1990, and have graduated from their most recent university with a GPA of at least 2.30 on a scale of 3.00.
- A B2 or higher on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale corresponds to an English proficiency test score (e.g., TOEFL iBT 72 or above, IELTS 5.5 or above). The applicant may submit an English Proficiency Certificate from a former university attesting to the fact that English was the language of their degree if they haven’t taken an English test.
