DAAD Scholarships Bilateral Exchange of Academics 2025-2026 For International Students:

With pleasure, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research announces that it will persist in facilitating scholarly and scientific exchanges between Germany and its partner nations via the German Academic Exchange Program (DAAD). The goals of this bilateral exchange program for 2025–2026 are to promote cooperative research projects and improve international connections. This program allows university instructors and seasoned scholars to carry out research stays at state-run or state-approved universities in Germany thanks to financing from the Federal Ministry. The approach promotes reciprocal learning and teamwork by emphasising equitable exchanges in both directions. Financial Benefits:

Monthly Allowance:

  • Written confirmation informally from your host on scholarly cooperation, mentioning your proposal and ensuring a job in the German institute.
  • Provide certified translations of any papers that were not written in German or English at the time of creation and upload them with the original.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The curriculum is intended for seasoned academics, scientists, and university instructors.
  • In addition to holding a PhD, you must to be employed at a domestic university or research facility.

Selection Standards:

The following are the primary selection criteria:

  • Your publications and academic accomplishments, if any, which should be included in a list of publications and a curriculum vitae.
  • A well-organised and persuasive study project.
