Eligibility Criteria:
In order to be considered for an International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO) Fellowship, candidates need to fulfil the subsequent requirements:

- Apply to a Host Training Centre: In the event that you qualify, choose a host and submit an application. Note that you can only submit an application to one host at a time.

- Submission of a Fellowship Application: Once your application is complete, you will receive notification and the relevant ICO Fellowship Committee will assess it.
- If you don’t already have one, you must create an ICO account.
- Choose a Fellowship: Your nation will be displayed, followed by the ICO Fellowship(s) that you qualify for.
- Finalise the Eligibility Verification: To find out if you qualify for the chosen ICO Fellowship, you will be required to provide some information.
- Review of ICO Eligibility: Your eligibility will be assessed once the ICO receives your information. After receiving notification of the outcome, you will either be requested to finish the application or told that you are not qualified.
