- Graduate candidates from “First-Class Universities” in China, as well as graduates from the “First-Class Disciplines” programme or the top 1% of ESI.

Coverage: CNY 20,000.
Beneficiaries include other admitted master’s applicants.
Category 3: Scholarships for Doctoral Candidates
(1) Sort: A
Coverage: Tuition, Accommodation Fee (CNY 5,000), and Living Allowance (CNY 5,000).
Beneficiaries:
The doctorate scholarship is open for the following categories:
- Excellent JSU students are continuously studying from master’s to doctoral degrees.
- Candidates recommended by the “Belt and Road” Cooperative Universities.
- Graduate candidates from the world’s top 1000 universities (according to four internationally recognised university rating systems, notably the US News & World Report, QS, THE, and ARWU);
- Graduate candidates from China’s “First-class Universities”; graduates from the “First-class Disciplines” programme or the top 1% of ESI.

Documents Required:
Students must provide the following documents while applying online for the Jiangsu University Presidential Scholarship 2024-25 in China:

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for JSU Scholarships in China, applicants must meet the conditions listed below:
- Eligible Countries: Applications are accepted from across the globe.
- Eligible courses include: undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in engineering, insurance, financial management, finance, accounting, statistics, automation, commerce, business, marketing, human resources, science, and so on.
- Eligibility criteria: To be qualified, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Must be overseas students.
- Must have an offer to study in a recognised programme at the university.
- Age requirement: Bachelor students must be under the age of 25, master students under the age of 30, and PhD students under the age of 40.
