Documents Required:
- Original certification with comprehensive markings Matric/FA/FSc/Equivalent sheet.
- Computerized Form “B” in addition to the computerized National Identity Card (Father or Mother) of the guardian for those under the age of eighteen (18 years of age).
- One set of attestation photocopies of the documents listed above.
- Three passport-sized colored pictures, both front and back, properly attested by the principal or a Class-1 Gazetted Officer.
- The Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB) “NOT RECOMMENDED” letter in its original and one photocopy form are also needed for “Repeater Candidates.”
