What the Fellowship Provides
Outstanding post-doctoral fellows with up to six years of experience in the social sciences, humanities, or cultural studies are the target audience for the KWI International Fellowship Program 2025. Those that are approved will receive:
- A six-month fellowship contract that runs from April 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025.
- A pre-tax allowance of €4,000 per month to cover living expenses, rent, and insurance.
- Partial compensation of arrival and departure travel costs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Researchers that meet the eligibility requirements from all over the world are eligible for the fellowship program.
- If a German national is working for an international organisation, they are welcome to apply.
- The program aims to draw in scholars whose project ideas fit in with KWI’s research objective and show promise for making a big academic contribution.
