The following perks are awarded to recipients of Shiraz University of Medical Science Scholarships:
- All of your costs—including the registration fee, supplied housing, and Persian language classes—are covered by the Type C Scholarship, with the exception of the tuition and, if required, English language instruction.
- The Type B Scholarship is a partial or full tuition waiver that includes registration fees, furnished housing, Persian language instruction, and a tuition discount of between 1% and 100%.

- Language prerequisites: Proof of English language proficiency from the TOEFL or IELTS assessments. For the TOEFL PBT, TOEFL iBT, and IELTS, the minimal score is 525, 69, and 5.5, respectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a scholarship from Shiraz University of Medical Science, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Persian and English are the required languages. The English language is studied for the first two years of the programme. The language will switch to Persian starting in the second year, depending on the programme.
- All nations across the world are eligible.
- The candidate cannot be an Iranian national.
- The applicant cannot be the holder of two citizenship’s, one of which must be Iranian.
- The applicant needs to have completed high school or have the equivalent.
- Depending on the student’s academic standing, the scholarship is renewed annually.
