Eligibility Criteria:
Countries bordering the Baltic Sea and Eastern Europe come together under the SI Baltic Sea Neighbourhood Programme to address common concerns. Below is a summary of the nations that are taking part:
- EU Core: Poland, Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania
- Non-EU Core: Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia
- Furthermore: Germany, Denmark, and Finland.

- Fill Out Online Form: Verify that every field in the SI portal’s online application is filled out.
- Upload Documents: Attach all of the step two application documents that have been finished.
- Examine and Submit: Before submitting your application, make sure everything is correct. Save it and make changes whenever you’re ready.
- Email Confirmation: If your submission was successful, you should receive an email confirmation (check your spam folder, if necessary).

Review of Applications (After September 17th):
- Review Procedure: Following the deadline, applications will be assessed by the Swedish Institute.
- Decision Timeline: A decision is anticipated in approximately three months, or by December 2024.
- Results: SI will make available on their website a list of the selected applicants.
