All international students from across the world are eligible to apply for the Excellent Foreign Students (EFS) Scholarship 2024 at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology. SIIT is offering scholarships for Masters and PhD degrees in Thailand. Thailand’s prize is a fully funded scholarship for the 2025 academic year. There is no application fee to apply for the SIIT Award. Also, no IELTS/TOEFL test is required to apply.

- A curriculum vitae (CV) or resume.
- An official or current transcript:
- For Master’s Degree: Bachelor’s degree transcript with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree transcripts with GPAs are required for the PhD degree. 3.50
- Certificate of English Proficiency Test as follows:
- TOEFL (PBT 400+, CBT 97+, or IBT 32+).
- IELTS 4.5+.
- TU-GET 400+. TOEIC 500+
- Citizen identification card or passport
- Research paper, publication, or certificates (if applicable)
- Recent image (1 x 1.5 inches in size, jpeg only)
Eligibility Criteria:

- Two strong recommendations (at least one from an academic institution).
