Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be from one of the Nineteen Northern States or the Federal Capital Territory.
- Must have been accepted into a degree programme at a Nigerian university accredited by the National University Commission (NUC).
- Must have passed the JAMB (or similar) exam with a qualifying score, or have genuine WAEC results.
- Financial need must be demonstrated with proper documentation.
