Eligibility Criteria:

The following are the requirements for eligibility for the University of British Columbia Fellowships in Canada for 2025:

  • Candidates from abroad, permanent residents, and Canadians.
  • The candidate must have a graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or one of the natural sciences, such as astronomy, biology, chemistry, physics, or earth sciences.
  • PhD completion required, or anticipated between June 1, 2023, and July 30, 2024. (Ph.D. completion required at UBC).
  • Must be accessible for the whole July 2024–September 2025 timeframe, which includes the Global Meeting.

Application Process:

Applicants for the University of British Columbia Fellowships must send their graduate programme application materials. An application that is comprehensive will include the following:
