Financial Benefits:
Scholarship and fellowship recipients from the ACI Foundation are eligible for the following benefits:
- A US educational stipend ranging from $10,000 to $15,000 for tuition, housing, books, and supplies; Covered travel and attendance costs to two ACI conferences (applicants for fellowships must attend the Spring ACI
- convention to schedule an interview; they can opt to pick up a Convention Guide there as well.)

Eligibility Criteria:
In order to qualify for the ACI Foundation Scholarship, candidates need to fulfil the essential requirements:
- English is the required language.
- If English is not your first language, you must submit your application with a certified declaration attesting to your linguistic proficiency.
- Countries That Qualify: Every nation on earth
- Anybody in the globe is eligible to receive an ACI Foundation Fellowship, however to be eligible, you must be enrolled at a university in the Gulf Cooperation Council (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) during the year of the award.
- International students may be eligible for ACI Foundation fellowships, but you must be enrolled in a U.S. or Canadian university at the time of the award cycle.
- The fellowship recipient must fulfil specific conditions before the end of a 10- to 12-week internship in the summer of 2024.
- ACI Foundation fellowship finalists will be contacted by February 4, 2024, and they will need to be available to participate in an interview with the Scholarship Council on Sunday, March 27, 2024, during the ACI Concrete Convention in the spring. ACI Foundation will cover the cost of the airfare, lodging, registration, and a small amount for personal travel.
- English language proficiency is a must for all applicants. You can include a copy of your TOEFL score to your application if English is not your first language. This is not necessary; it is optional.
- The educational stipend covers costs for books, tuition, accommodation and board, student fees, and other expenditures. Over the course of a year, it is paid directly to the student in two equal installments.
- Attendance at scheduled ACI Concrete Conventions during the award cycle is a requirement for receiving stipends.
- Near the conclusion of their fellowship term, fellowship recipients are required to present a written report outlining the significance of the fellowship to their professional development and readiness for their chosen field of work following graduation.
