Applications for the Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund are being accepted at Arqus European University, which is essentially located in Brussels, from 2024 to 25. The Arqus European University Alliance 2024–25 Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund will be determined by the following qualifying standards:
- The applicant should be foreign and submitting an application to a Ph.D. programme at a European partner university.
- Admission to the PhD programme requires the student to have completed their previous master’s degree with at least a B.
- The student must be proficient in enough languages to receive a B2 in any language alliance.
