ICT Fund BETHA Program 2025 For Emirati Students:
For the academic year 2025–2026, Emirati students who plan to pursue undergraduate or graduate courses are encouraged to apply to the ICT Fund BETHA Programme. The ICT Fund aims to improve the technology education of Emiratis by introducing the Betha programme for graduate and undergraduate students who want to study ICT-related subjects.
The ICT Fund grants scholarships to deserving students in order to help develop a generation of science and technology-savvy individuals who will be able to steer the UAE’s ICT sector in the future. It accomplishes this through partnerships with multiple universities and research organisations. Hundreds of scholarships for bachelor’s and master’s degrees have been awarded by the Betha programme, enabling Emirati students to study in the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Australia, and Japan thus far. Eligibility Criteria:
The following requirements must be met by candidates in order for them to be considered for the ICT Fund BETHA Programme for Emirati Students.

Admission requirements for the Postgraduate (Master’s) Degree program:
- Must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates and present a civil register as proof.
- Ought to submit an application for a specialisation in information technology and telecommunications
- Should have completed the bachelor’s degree with a total score of 3.00 or higher.
- Had no business accepting a scholarship or any other kind of financial aid from another organisation
- The Master’s degree student is eligible for the scholarship without the monthly allowance if they are employed.

Admission requirements for the undergraduate (Bachelor’s) Degree program:
- Must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates and present a civil register as proof.
- Possess a secondary school certificate or its equivalent, with a minimum score of 75% in school
ought to submit an application for a specialisation in information technology and telecommunications - Must have completed secondary education or its equivalent within the last three years.

Application Process:

- Please have clean copies of the following ready: Admission/full acceptance letter. (Approvals with conditions won’t be accepted.)
- A Certified High School Certificate, or its equivalent, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education to undergraduate students (displaying the final result)
- Official transcript with the seal (stamp) and signature of the records office, for students pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Family book (every page included).
- Official IBAN letter including the bank’s signature and seal (stamp).
