The following eligibility requirements must be satisfied in order for candidates to be considered for the Open Door Russian Scholarship:

  • The award is open to applicants of any nationality and from any country in the world.
  • Authentic passport copy.
  • Copies of the diplomas and transcripts.
  • Those who wish to apply for a Masters Degree Scholarship must be graduates of an accredited university or other recognized institution.
  • A Masters degree from an accredited university is required for candidates to be considered for a Doctoral Degree Scholarship.
  • English or Russian language proficiency.
  • Statement of purpose.
